Với Nhà Nước và Tôn Giáo tất cả mọi phi lý nghịch lý nhất đều có thể xảy ra. Điều này được minh chứng rõ thêm với một sự kiện mỉa mai nhất, là tại Mỹ, vào đầu năm 2013, một vụ án quái đản xảy ra: "Nhà Nước Mỹ truy tố, "Số Tiền 35 ngàn Mỹ Kim" (United States v. $35,651.11.) không phải truy tố "con người tội phạm" nào hết!!! Chuyện như hoang đường nhưng có thật:
Chuyện bất ngờ xảy ra khi cảnh sát anh ninh xông vào cửa hiệu tạp hóa của bố con ông Terry và con gái Sandy tịch biên số tiền 35 ngàn trong ngân khoản - và không chịu hoàn trả- dù bố con ông Terry và cửa hiệu tạp hóa không phạm bất cứ tội gì -dưới điều luật chống rửa tiền. Bố con ông Terry gửi tiền mặt dưới 10 ngàn mỹ kim thu từ việc buôn bán vào ngân hàng liên tục đều đặn. Lý do Bố Con Ông phải gửi đều đặn dưới 10 ngàn vì chính sách bảo hiểm chỉ bảo hiểm dưới 10 ngàn mỹ kim mà thôi.
Trong khi theo luât Liên Bang buộc các ngân hàng phải báo cáo tất cả những ký gửi trên 10 ngàn mỹ kim., Vì vậy ngân hàng không có lý do báo cáo gì về ngân khoản của cửa hiệu bố con ông Terry. Thế là cơ quan tài chính thuế vụ ra tay lấy hết số tiền trơng trương mục vì ngân hàng không báo cáo!

Cuối cùng nhà nước Mỹ sau 6 tháng giữ số tiền này, nhưng không tìm ra được một tội danh nào để truy tố bố con ông Terry và hiệu tạp hóa vì họ chẳng vi phạm bất cứ luật nào; nhưng lại muốn nuốt chửng số tiền 35 ngàn- Nhà nước Mỹ , đầu tháng 7, đã đệ đơn truy tố, không phải bố con ông Terry, mà truy tố "số tiền 35 ngàn " này về tội... là 35 ngàn!!! Cho nên hồ sơ tòa án được ghi -United States vs $35,651.11.- chứ không phải như bình thường là tên của người nào đó hoặc công ty nào đó ! Số tiền "$35,651.11" trở thành "pháp nhân" và "tội nhân" dưới quyền lực tùy tiện của Nhà nước!
Cha con ông Terry không biết phải làm gì đây! Vì họ không bị truy tố về bất cứ tội gì. Họ bị mất 35 ngàn.! 35 ngàn của họ bị bắt giữ "bị tạm giam" chờ tòa xét xử như một con người! Nhà nước không thể trả tự do cho "35 ngàn" để về với chủ nhân sở hữu, vì nó đang bị truy tố và câu lưu vì tội.........?!!!
Tại Ái Nhĩ Lan, một sự kiện có tính lịch sử lớn hơn đã xảy ra. Theo truyền thống Công Giáo như là quốc giáo của xứ sở này. Thiên Chúa có mặt khắp mọi nơi được khẳng định trong Hiến pháp Ái Nhĩ Lan. Và từ đó giáo hội Công Giáo kiểm soát 93% trong tổng số 3200 trường tiểu học với giáo lý công giáo ( như địa cầu được hình thành chỉ có 6 ngàn năm- tổ tiên loài người không phải do tiến hóa và gần cận là từ Homo Sapien, mà là cặp vợ chồng Do Thái Adam và Eve) làm nền tảng lịch sử nhân loại!Nhưng tuần qua, hội những người vô thần (atheists) tại Ireland đã tranh đấu đạt được quyền đem sách giáo khoa khoa học nhân chủng tiến hóa vào trong chương trình giảng dạy tiểu học - nghĩa là dạy học sinh rằng KHÔNG CÓ THIÊN CHÚA. Sách giáo khoa nền tảng cho chương trình là những tác phẩm của nhà sinh học và nhà vận động chống tôn giáo nổi tiếng Richard Dawkins. Chương trình vô thần này sẽ bắt đầu vào năm 2014.
Ở thế kỷ 21 này mà giảng dạy một sự thật căn bản như thế còn phải đấu tranh đợi chờ đến 2014!!! Điều mà lẽ ra là một chuyện bình thường phải thực hiện từ lâu rồi. Thế nhưng với "giáo quyền kết cấu với thế quyền nhà nước" sự sai trái ngớ ngẩn này đã ngự trị như chân lý áp đặt vào nhồi sọ trẻ thơ tại Ireland cho đến nay.
Hiện nay, Giáo hội Công giáo Vatican đã bị buộc phải thay đổi Giáo Hoàng bất ngờ cho mục tiêu sống còn của giáo hội với áp lực tiến bộ của nhân loại trong kỷ nguyên này. Giáo hoàng Francis đã phải tìm lời lẽ để thừa nhận sự bình đẳng của "vô thần, đồng tính". Nhưng thật sự đã quá chậm và quá trễ. Vì tính sai trái ngu ngơ phi khoa học và phi lý lẽ của tín lý và tín điều đã ăn sâu vào các tín đồ mà ngay giáo hoàng Francis dù đã nhận ra rõ cũng không thể đi nhanh hơn trong mục tiêu cải cách để tồn tại.- Ngay trong giáo hội đã có những phe phái chống đối nhau và chống sự thừa nhận sự thật và nhu cầu cải cách của Giáo hoàng Francis. Nói thẳng ra, Tôn Giáo và Nhà nước KHÔNG THỂ CẢI CÁCH vì bản chất phi lý lẽ, phi khoa học đi ngược với nhân bản và tự do tự chủ sáng tạo của con người. Tôn giáo cũng như nhà nước, đang dãy chết từ nội tại. Và giáo hội công giáo, cũng như các loại giáo hội, đang tự sụp đổ từ chính bản chất của nó.
Bạo lực và gian trá có khả năng che lấp khi nhận thức hiểu biết của con người còn non yếu- nhưng không có thể cưỡng được Chân Lý của Khoa học và lý lẽ. Khi người ta có cơ hội tiếp cận và tự do tư duy thông tin, tôn giáo và quyền lực tự nó sẽ bị chối bỏ không còn chỗ đứng.

In a historic move that will cheer Richard Dawkins, atheists in Ireland have secured the right to teach the republic's primary schoolchildren that God doesn't exist.
The first ever atheist curriculum for thousands of primary school pupils in Ireland has been drawn up by Atheist Ireland in an education system that the Catholic church hierarchy has traditionally dominated.
The class of September 2014 will be reading texts such as Dawkins' The Magic of Reality, his book aimed at children, as well as other material at four different primary levels, according to Atheist Ireland.
Up to 16,000 primary schoolchildren who attend the fast growing non-denominational Irish school sector will receive direct tuition on atheism as part of their basic introduction course to ethics and belief systems.
But Atheist Ireland's co-founder Michael Nugent stressed that all primary school pupils, including the 93% of the population who attend schools run by the Catholic church, can access their atheism course on the internet and by downloading an app on smartphones. He said these will be advertised and offered to all parents with children at primary schools in the state.
"There will be a module of 10 classes of between 30 to 40 minutes from the ages of four upwards. It is necessary because the Irish education system has for too long been totally biased in favour of religious indoctrination. And if parents whose kids are in schools under church control want to opt their kids out of learning religion (as is their right these days) then they can use our course as an alternative for their children to study," he said.
Nugent added: "Religion isn't even taught properly as an objective subject with various religions and their origins examined and explained. The teaching is to create faith formation first, not objective education. We see our course as a chance for young Irish children to get an alternative view on how the world works."
Jane Donnelly, a member of Atheist Ireland and a parent with two children in an Irish secondary school, welcomed the creation of an atheism alternative for Irish pupils.
"I opted my two girls out of religious education classes and they were told to go to the library and find a philosophy book to read during RE instead. The range of philosophy books was very limited so I sent them into school each day with a copy of Richard Dawkins' The God Delusion for them to read."
• The Catholic church's near monopoly of influence in education means that the ultimate power in each school is the local Catholic bishop.
• In Dublin the city's archbishop, Diarmuid Martin, is patron of about 470 primary schools. He is responsible for the management of the ethos of those schools, for senior appointments and is the one who can be sued when legal action takes place.
• The Irish taxpayer and not the church pays the bills for all the schools the hierarchy controls.
• The current Irish education minister, Ruairi Quinn, has promised "the most radical change in primary education in Ireland since the state was founded in the 1920s" by taking the power of the church from running almost all schools in the state and into the hands of elected governors. So far his reforms have not begun in earnest.

The government falsely accused Terry and Sandy of breaking anti-money-laundering laws by making frequent bank deposits of their store's cash receipts. But they did nothing illegal and have been charged with no crime. In July, the government filed a lawsuit to keep the money, not against Terry and Sandy but against the cash itself, which is why the case has the bizarre title of United States v. $35,651.11.
Federal civil forfeiture law features an appalling lack of due process: there is no way to quickly get a ruling from a neutral decisionmaker about the validity of the government's seizure, and therefore Terry and Sandy must do battle in federal court against the U.S. Department of Justice to prove themselves innocent and get their money back. Shockingly, the money taken by the government will be used to fund the budgets of the very federal agencies that seized the money in the first place.
On September 25, 2013, Terry and Sandy teamed up with the Institute for Justice to fight back. A victory for Terry and Sandy will vindicate not just their right to be free from abusive forfeiture tactics, but the right of every American not to have their property taken from them by government when they have done nothing wrong.
