Curiously Timed and Sourced New Reports Establish Georgia as the Recruiter &Trainer of Chechen Terrorists
New reports based on evidence have emerged to identify the Georgian government as recruiter and trainer of Chechen terrorists to destabilize Russia. According to these credible new allegations, the Georgian government recruited and trained Chechens to take part in Islamist militant movements. The Western think-tank, NGOs and media sourced reports may in fact provide Obama and his Neocon entourage with a perfect bone to offer Russia on the intended aggression war on Syria.
Last year the Georgian military executed an operation against what it tagged as “armed subversives” infiltrating the country from Russia. The operation resulted in the deaths of 11 people. President Mikheil Saakashvili called the alleged incursion a provocation by Russia aimed at influencing the elections and internal politics in Georgia. Now, new evidence has emerged to cast serious doubt on Saakashvili’s claims, and suggesting that the operation was in fact the botched result of an attempt by the government of Georgia to train Chechen rebels to destabilize Russia. The damning April report by Georgian human rights ombudsman Ucha Nanuashvili concludes that [All Emphasis Mine]:
The Chechens had been recruited in Europe by Georgian Interior Ministry officials, brought to Tbilisi, and trained over a period of several months in the use of weaponry with the intention of enabling them to cross the border from Georgia into Chechnya to join the ranks of the Islamic insurgency.
In addition to the young Chechens living in exile in Europe, the organizers of the operation also recruited several Kists (Georgian Chechens) from the Chechen community that has lived for several centuries in Georgia’s Pankisi Gorge.
…
Additionally a comprehensive report with new allegations suggests that it may have been the Georgian defense ministry that was behind the scheme, and that the Chechens may have been intended to attack Ivanishvili himself, or to create a terror attack in Georgia that the authorities could blame him for:
The ongoing official investigation into how, why, and by whom the Chechens were co-opted has apparently stalled, although Ivanishvili, who is now prime minister, said in late April that it would be completed “in the near future.”
…
Eurasia .Net reporter Joshua Kucera attempted to seek comments from the Georgian officials and all he got was this:
When I’ve asked Georgians about this, none of them say the claims are ludicrous, they tend to shrug their shoulders and say some version of “Who knows?” Why has this not been a bigger story?
…
Are these new allegations and reports factually-based and true? Yes-without a doubt. Could there be some political elements and motivations to the allegations? Definitively yes. Is it possible that these political objectives and the new reports could be used in the long-going standoff between Russia and the United States’ imperial pursuits in Syria? Highly Likely. How so? To answer this we must delve deeper into the history, context, and the significance of the recent developments.
In November 2011 I wrote an article US-NATO-Chechen Militia Joint Operations Base and introduced UNC terror cooperation:
The US media may be many awful things, but no one could ever accuse them of not being consistent- at least when it comes to certain subject areas; US-NATO-Chechen joint terrorism operations being one. The censorship of this topic goes to such extremes where even modified-sanitized-pasteurized versions of related events and facts are nowhere to be found in the US media. Let me list a few globally known and reported facts, then add a few twos and twos and twos together, and see whether you can find any traces of that in the US mainstream media.

My article included reports and developments on US-NATO HQ and centers in Turkey to train and direct Chechens for terror plots and operations against Russia. Please read the entire article for comprehensive coverage. Here are some of the sample reports:
In that same article I also exposed the Chechen Terrorists’ lobbyists and friends in the United States:
In the US, the leading group which pleads the Chechen cause is the American Committee for Peace in Chechnya (ACPC). The list of the self-styled “distinguished Americans” who are its members is a roll call of the most prominent neoconservatives who so enthusiastically support the “war on terror.”
…
They include Richard Perle, the notorious Pentagon adviser; Elliott Abrams of Iran-Contra fame; Kenneth Adelman, the former US ambassador to the UN who egged on the invasion of Iraq by predicting it would be “a cakewalk”; Midge Decter, biographer of Donald Rumsfeld and a director of the rightwing Heritage Foundation; Frank Gaffney of the militarist Centre for Security Policy; Bruce Jackson, former US military intelligence officer and one-time vice-president of Lockheed Martin, now president of the US Committee on NATO; Michael Ladeen of the American Enterprise Institute, a former admirer of Italian fascism and now a leading proponent of regime change in Iran; and R James Woolsey, the former CIA director who is one of the leading cheerleaders behind George Bush’s plans to re-model the Muslim world along pro-US lines.
…
In August, the ACPC welcomed the award of political asylum in the US, and a US-government funded grant, to Ilyas Akhmadov, foreign minister in the opposition Chechen government, and a man Moscow describes as a terrorist. Coming from both political parties, the ACPC members represent the backbone of the US foreign policy establishment, and their views are indeed those of the US administration.

In that same article I also included some of my own first-hand experience with the FBI’s investigations of US-NATO sponsored terror operations via Turkey, the Turkish lobby and various Turkish businesses:
ENKA was in fact involved in funding Chechen terrorist groups and even more. However, the funding was channeled via ENKA; not sourced to it. ENKA was (and probably still is) one of many Turkish companies used by the US government, specifically the CIA and the State Department, catering to objectives set by American actors mentioned in this article.
How do I know this? Well, let’s say it is one of the main State Secrets that received a particular privilege with my case. No matter. I have enough public documents and information to make you privy to this State’s Secret. ENKA, one of the largest building-construction companies in Turkey (also internationally) is one of the top players, top operatives, and top members of a gigantic Turkish-American Lobby organization called the American Turkish Council (ATC).

Again, to understand the significance of these strategically timed reports on Georgia’s Chechen terror links, you must read this article in its entirety: Click Here
Now we have to ask ourselves: what is the significance of the timing of the new reports and articles on Georgia-Chechen Terrorism links and evidence?
First, take notice, the new reports and articles all implicate and target long-gone Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili. In fact, the reports are painting the current Prime Minister Ivanishvili, at the time only a candidate, as a victim of the previous administration who carried out all those Chechen terror activities. As we all know, for the United States US-Installed Ex-Puppets are easily and cheaply dispensable. So, the strategically timed and prepared reports shield our current US puppet.
Then, remind yourself of the very important and thorny problem for Russia: Georgia’s NATO Membership Candidacy. Since 2008, Georgia’s NATO candidacy has been played as a bargaining chip between the Russian & Western powers. Now ask yourself, will the United States (for the time being forget the US butlers in Europe) further delay Georgia’s full membership, or even indefinitely postpone it, to get Russia on board with the coming war on Syria? Well, last month, when I read this article written by a Neocon advocate of US imperialism, I had my answer: The establishment will be willing to let go of Georgia as a NATO member-at least for a while:
Actually, the biggest burden of admitting Tbilisi to the alliance would fall on the United States. Washington should halt the process before it proceeds any further.
…
Washington should finally and firmly kill Georgia’s NATO ambitions. Of course, that would not stop the Europeans from acting independently, if they believed the benefits of defending Tbilisi to be worth the costs. But Washington should say no to the possibility of war in the Caucasus.
…
The above article is only one example of many written by the same group in the last few months. Just a couple of years ago a treasured potential candidate, Georgia has recently been poopooed for qualities previously admired. Let me repeat the implications: Georgia’s NATO membership can be used as a bargaining chip with Russia if needed. And obviously currently it is needed for the Obama administration’s next war of aggression- Syria.
Now, add to the above eye-openers the Boston Terror Attack: when we intentionally created a common enemy with Russia. I have written extensively on this topic, but it may be easier to watch and listen to my core analyses and predictions put on record immediately following the event:
