Theo tuyên bố chính thức của bộ nội vụ và báo chí chính qui Pháp: Mặc dù chưa bị bắt, còn đang điều đình, tên "khủng bố ngừoi Pháp gốc Algerie" Mohammed Merah, năm nay (2012) 23 tuổi -đã tự thú nhận rằng hắn ta đã được "A Ki Đà huấn luyện và trao lệnh hướng dẫn thi hành nhiệm vụ ở Pháp!!!" Thế này thì An Ninh Pháp khỏe re, chẳng cần thẩm vấn tra tấn nhấn nước như bọn CIA, Quân đội Mỹ ở Guatanamo chi cho mang tiếng ác!Câu chuyện bắn giết tại Toulouse do Nhà Nước Báo Chí chính qui Pháp- Mỹ đăng tải càng ngày càng chồng chéo, tiền hậu bất nhất y như vụ Kandahar. Chỉ có điều vụ Kandahar thì cố tình làm giảm đi dấu vết máu me của Mỹ và NATO, trong khi vụ Toulouse thì cố tình đổ thêm máu me vào tay người Hồi giáo và Al Quaeda càng nhiều thêm!!!
Cũng vẫn theo tin của nhà nước Pháp cho báo chí biết rằng:
1- An Ninh tình báo Pháp đã theo dõi "nghi phạm Mohammed Merah'" này từ trước năm 2007 (lúc mới có 18 tuổi)! Đã nắm rõ nghi phạm từng đi "học nghề khủng bố" ở Pakistan và A Phú Hãn. Cơ quan tình báo Pháp DCRI (Direction centrale du renseignement intérieur) đã đặc biệt theo dõi Mohammed Merah từ đó. Sau đó qua A Phú Hãn, nhưng bị cảnh sát A Phú Hãn bắt- giao nạp cho Mỹ, Mỹ tống chàng trai trẻ này lên máy bay về .. Pháp.. đi lang thang bắn thiên hạ chơi.
2- Nhưng phía Mỹ đã bác bỏ nguồn tin này và nói rằng Mỹ không dính gì đến Mohammed Merah, mà đã giao hẳn cho Pháp xử lý!!!
3- Theo hồ sơ của phía An ninh A Phú Hãn, thì Mohammed Merah bị bắt ngày 19, tháng 12- 2007 tội đặt bom, và bị nhốt tại khu phối hợp an ninh (Joint Special Operations Command) của Mỹ NATO và A Phú Hãn.. Nhưng lại phá tù vượt ngục do Taliban trợ giúp vào năm 2008!!! (lúc 18 tuổi- mẹ bố khỉ)
4- Nhưng vừa đây, luật sư của nhà Merah, ông Christian Etelin lại cho biết Mohammed Merah bị nhốt tù ở Pháp từ tháng 12 năm 2007 đến năm 2009 vì tội buôn lậu..!!!
Thế là thế nào nhỉ? Trên đời này có mấy Mohammed Merah đây? Ai mới là kẻ đi theo AQueda học nghề bị bắt ở A Phú Hãn?
Mà thôi, cứ giả thiết Mohammed Merah đúng là kẻ đi học nghề khủng bố và bị bắt vì đặt bom tại A Phú Hãn, rồi bị liên quân Pháp NATO bắt nhốt, phá ngục trốn thoát, rồi đi đâu??? À, trở về Pháp năm 2009, nhưng không bị An Ninh Pháp bắt giam. Sau đó lại đi qua A Phú Hãn khoảng 2009-2012, lại bị bắt rồi bị giải giao cho Mỹ- Mỹ giao cho Pháp- giải về Pháp- Mỹ đã xác nhận tin này với CNN là Mỹ giao chàng trẻ tuổi này cho quân Pháp xử lý -...Thế thì khi về Pháp, Mohammed Merah bị tù ở Pháp bao lâu? Từ năm 2009 đến năm nào? Tội danh gì? Hay "tha bổng" Không thấy nói!
Theo bộ trưởng an ninh nội vụ của Pháp Francois Molins tuyên bố với báo chí thì cớ quan tình báo Pháp DCRI đặc biệt cử ngừoi theo dõi Mohammed Merah từ khi chàng này mới 16 tuổi (2005), khi khởi sự đi học nghề "khủng bố"
Thế mà vào ngày 11 tháng 3 -2012, một lính Pháp bị bắn chết. Mấy ngày sau hai người lính Pháp gốc Hồi giáo khác cũng bị bắn chết. Vậy mà An Ninh , theo tuyên bố khoe khoang, có cử toán đặc nhiệm theo dõi bám sát Merah triệt để từ bao lâu nay (chắc từ khi đi Pakistan 2005-2006?? -hay từ lúc bị bắt ở A Phú Hãn 2010-211???)- không hề biết, hay biết nhưng không ngăn chặn?!? Và cũng không "biết" để ngăn chặn Merah bắn chết 4 mạng Do Thái ở trường học.. dù Merah trước khi "thi hành phận sự Al Quaeda" đã gọi thông báo trước cho đài truyền hình Pháp "France 24"!!!
Không những vậy, Anh Ninh báo chí chính qui Pháp "tảng lờ" không biết "mọi chuyện đã an bài"- các báo chí, cơ quan anh ninh lại thông báo rằng trong cuộc điều tra sơ khởi, dựa theo súng đạn và cách bắn chết 3 nạn nhân lính Pháp thì đúng là do những tay súng quân đội chuyên nghiệp- và nghi phạm lúc đó là 3 cụu quân nhân Pháp bị sa thải vì có tư tưởng quốc xã thiên chúa giáo. Nhưng An Ninh cũng chỉ tuyên bố xuông, không hề có nỗ lực đi săn tìm 3 chàng "pháo thủ gốc Quốc Xã Thiên Chúa Giáo" này!!!
Phải đợi đến khi 4 người Do Thái bị bắn tại trường học Do Thái Giáo, thì mọi thông tin mới ào ạt nổ ra, và an ninh phát hiện tận nơi chốn tên tuổi chi tiết của Merah- chỉ trong vòng chưa đầy 24 giờ, nhờ vào chính thủ phạm tự đăng bán chiếc xe máy dùng trong vụ tàn sát trên mạng !!!
Không những vậy, còn có đù tất cả các tình tiết tuyên bố Al Queada Muhahideen v.v không sót một điểm. Nào là giết để trả thù cho nạn nhân Palestine, giết để trả thù cho Binladen v,v đủ mọi lý cớ... miễn sao tạo thêm ác cảm với Hồi Giáo.. và tội nghiệp cho Do Thái..!!!
Chỉ có điều tiền hậu bất nhất, và không đúng với hồ sơ pháp lý từ tòa án cũng như tư pháp về lý lịch hành trạng của Merah từ năm 2007! Vì luật sư của gia đình nghi phạm Mohammed Merah cho biết theo hồ sơ án tịch, thì Mohammed Merah bị nhốt tù ở Pháp từ tháng 12 năm 2007 đến năm 2009 vì tội buôn lậu thôi, chẳng có khủng bố khủng mẹ gì ở đâu sất cả..!!!
Vậy thì lý giải cách nào cho hợp lý đây? Câu chuyện từ bộ An Ninh và các báo chí chính qui như AFP, CNN, BBC, ráp lại không có điểm nào ăn khớp, hợp lý hết cả. Nó sọ chỗ này đụng chỗ kia, chồng chéo lung tung.. Giống như câu chuyện về tên sát nhân Robert Bales vậy. Hiện nay theo như luật sư của Bales nói, thì Bales không giết ai cả! Không có bằng chứng gì để cột tội Bales hết. Tức là 16 người gồm 9 trẻ em từ 2 tháng tuổi, 4 phụ nữ, 3 ngừoi già tự tử, hoặc lăn đùng ra chết.. hoặc sẽ có thể là do Taliban giết xong, bắt cóc bỏ bùa "ALas" cho Robert Bales đi vào rồi đổ lỗi cho lính Mỹ chăng? (Mẹ bố khỉ). Với nền báo chí chính qui do tập đoàn đại bản làm chủ, thì nó cũng láo khoét trơ trẽn như đám báo chí CHXHCNVN thôi.
1- Theo một nguồn thông tin khác thì cái chàng bị bắt ở "A Phú Hãn" chỉ là cái cớ của một cuộc huấn luyện phản gián do Defense Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Center (DCHC) Mỹ chủ trương đào tạo. Vì thế mới có những hồ sơ trái ngược bất nhất về một cái tên Mohammed Merah. Và chàng "khủng bố Al Kỳ Đà" được Mỹ huấn luyện này, dù chưa bị bắt, chưa tra tấn, ngay tại hiện trường đấu súng với An Ninh Pháp- đã hô hoán từng chi tiết kế hoạch hành sự của mình v.v
2- Giả thiết thứ 2 là "tên Mohammed Merah" này là an ninh Pháp đóng vai Mohammed Merah thật đã mất bóng tại A Phú Hãn trong vụ đào thoát khỏi trại giam của Mỹ NATO- được lệnh nhảy ra đóng vai Ao Kỳ Đà để cúu vớt danh dự cho quân đội và nước Pháp -và nhất là sự quan hệ liên kết giữa Thiên Chúa Giáo Tây phương và Do Thái để chống Hồi Giáo- khi cả thế giới Âu Mỹ đang lúng túng vì vụ tàn sát Kandahar của lính Mỹ và vụ bắn giết của Do Thái tại Gaza Palestine., dĩ nhiên sau khi 3 chàng cụu chiến binh "Quốc Xã Công Giáo" đã được "định vị xử lý" trong lặng lẽ.
Một mũi tên 3 con chim, con chim thứ 3 là phe đảng Xã Hội của Hollande, đảng được nhiều di dân dồn phiếu- trong cuộc bầu cử tổng thống Pháp đang trên đà thắng cử- phe cực hũu của Sakozy và Le Pen đang thất thế. Vụ "khủng bố Hồi giáo" này sẽ giúp cho bàn tay sắt Hũu Khuynh có cớ dùng chiêu bài "an ninh" tổ quốc dành lại thế thượng phong và đàn áp di dân Hồi giáo mạnh tay hơn nữa.
Trong thời buổi quyền lực tập đoàn đại bản nắm thông tin và chủ động quyền chính trị, thì mọi việc khó khẳng định vì chuyện gì cũng là có thể.
Điều khẳng định được là Nhà Nước Chính Phủ không bao giờ nói thật và Quyền Lực chính trị dám làm tất cả mọi việc tàn bạo bất nhân nhất để nắm quyền, kể cả giết công dân vô tội của mình như vụ kế hoạch Northwoods của Mỹ thời Kennedy, Quân Mỹ dự định bắn rớt máy bay hàng không dân sự của Mỹ để đổ tội cho Cuba và lấy cớ tiến đánh Cuba. Hay như Hồ Chí Minh và Mao Trạch Đông và Satlin tự tạo những cuộc thảm sát hàng chục ngàn, hàng triệu người dân vô tội để củng cố quyền lực. Cũng theo tin chính thức, thủ phạm mở cửa và hô to tự nhận mình là "chiến sĩ hồi giáo A Kỳ Đà ("mujahideen")
Thế là toàn bộ xã hội đảng phái hũu khuynh không chỉ thở ra nhẹ nhõm "thoát nạn" mà còn có thêm ĐẠN DƯỢC" để nêu cao "chính nghĩa" của cuộc chiến CHỐNG HỒI GIÁO bảo vệ DO THÁI!!! Do Thái "vẫn là mục tiêu yếu đuối nhất" cần được các nhà nước phương Tây chú tâm bảo vệ đặc biệt. Còn những người Hồi Giáo ở A Phú Hãn , Iraq bị tàn sát thường xuyên như ở Kandahar, chẳng qua là do "chiến sĩ ta" căng thẳng quá, bị mộng du, hoặc lỡ tay thôi..
Chúng ta lại cứ phải chờ hồi sau sẽ rõ! Trong "Mùa Bầu Cử" lắm chuyện xảy ra, và chuyện gì cũng xảy ra được!!!

(AP) French hunt school killer, suspect neo-Nazi ties
Police searched southern France on Tuesday for an expert gunman suspected of fatally shooting seven people in the head at close range in attacks that may have been motivated by neo-Nazi ties or grudges against minorities.
The shooter is suspected of carrying out three deadly attacks: leaving four people dead on Monday at a Jewish school in Toulouse, three of them young children; killing two French paratroopers and seriously wounding another last Thursday in nearby Montauban; and fatally shooting another paratrooper in Toulouse on March 11.
“We are confronted with an individual extremely determined in his actions, an armed individual who acts always with the same modus operandi,” he said, “in cold blood … with premeditated actions.”
He added the crimes appear to be premeditated due to the killer’s “choices of victims and the choices of his targets” _ the army, the foreign origin of the victims or their religion.
The killer could “act again,” he said.
Interior Minister Claude Gueant described the suspect as “someone very cold, very determined, very much a master of his movements, and by consequence, very cruel.”
However, his suggestion that the attacker was wearing a camera around his neck that could be used to film and post video online was described by the prosecutor as “a hypothesis.”
Norway’s Anders Behring Breivik, the right-wing extremist who killed 77 people in a rampage last year, had suggested in an online manifesto before the killings that a camera could be used to film such “operations.” There was no mention in his indictment that he used one.
Then, in breaking news last night, March 20, this is what happened:
(Reuters) – A man engaged in a shoot-out with French police on Wednesday, suspected of killing four people at a Jewish school this week, claims to be linked to al Qaeda, Interior Minister Claude Gueant said.
“He claims to be a mujahideen and to belong to al Qaeda,” Gueant told journalists at the scene of the siege.
He also said the man had been in Afghanistan. “He wanted revenge for the Palestinian children and he also wanted to take revenge on the French army because of its foreign interventions,” Gueant said.
He said that police were also talking to the brother of the man who, Gueant said, was 24 years old. Police sources told Reuters that a man had been arrested earlier on Wednesday at a separate location in connection with the killings.

French Terror Attack: All the Hallmarks of an Intelligence Psy-op and False Flag
Mohammed Merah, the suspect in the killing of seven people outside a Jewish school in Toulouse, France, fits the pattern of an al-Qaeda intelligence asset. According to the BBC, he was on the radar of French authorities because of visits he made to Afghanistan and the “militant stronghold” of Waziristan in Pakistan.
More specifically, Merah was handled by France’s DCRI intelligence service “for years,” according to Claude Guéant, the interior minister.
Merah, a French citizen of Algerian origin, was arrested on December 19, 2007, and was sentenced to three years in jail for planting bombs in the southern province of Kandahar in Afghanistan.
In April of 2011, the United States admitted it has operated secret military prisons in Afghanistan where suspected terrorists are held and interrogated without charges.
The notorious Bagram airbase detention center is operated by the Joint Special Operations Command and the DIA’s Defense Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Center (DCHC).
The DCHC “will be responsible for developing an ‘offensive counterintelligence operations’… capability for the Department of Defense, which may entail efforts to penetrate, deceive and disable foreign intelligence activities directed against U.S. forces,” Secrecy News reported in 2008 after the government announced the creation of DCHC.
The Pentagon and the CIA specialize in creating terrorists as part of a so-called covert and unconventional war doctrine dating back to the end of the Second World War (see Michael McClintock’s Instruments of Statecraft: U.S. Guerilla Warfare, Counterinsurgency, and Counterterrorism, 1940-1990 for an in-depth examination).

Although virtually ignored by the corporate media, it is an established fact that the CIA and Pakistani intelligence created what is now known as al-Qaeda out of the remnants of the Afghan mujahideen following the CIA’s covert three billion dollar war against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan.
It was the so-called Safari Club – organized under the CIA and with the participation of intelligence agencies in France, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco and (under the Shah) Iran – that ramped up the largely contrived threat of international terrorism prior to and during the CIA’s manufactured war in Afghanistan (see Peter Dale Scott, Launching the U.S. Terror War: the CIA, 9/11, Afghanistan, and Central Asia).
Intelligence agencies have specialized in the covert – and not so covert – creation of terrorists which are then used to provide a cynical raison d’être for launching military intervention around the world and also providing a pretext to build and expand a domestic surveillance police state.
A textbook example of this process is the Christmas Day, 2009, underwear bomber fiasco – subsequently exposed as a false flag event – that was exploited to push for installing dangerous radiation-emitting naked body porno scanners at U.S. airports.
The fact Mohammed Merah was in the custody of the Joint Special Operations Command in Afghanistan – and his supposed jail break at the Sarposa Prison was reportedly orchestrated by the Taliban (also cretaed by the CIA and Pakistan’s ISI) – certainly raises questions about the attack in France, where a national election will soon be held.
The Telegraph reports that the attacks of the supposedly al-Qaeda connected Merah will play into the election bid of National Front candidate Marine Le Pen, who is unlikely to ever become the president of France.
It has, however, provided Nicholas Sarkozy with a pretext to put the southern part of the nation on high alert and cancel the campaigns of presidential contenders. Sarkozy stands to benefit from the terror attacks and play the role of a strong leader during a national crisis.
“In the short term it is likely that President Nicolas Sarkozy will benefit. Very quickly he took charge. He rushed to the scene. He suspended his campaign. He spoke as the president of the republic,” writes Gavin Hewitt for the BBC.

Toulouse shootings: France gunman 'wanted to kill more'
The Frenchman suspected of a spate of shootings in the Toulouse area planned more killings, prosecutors have said.
Anti-terror chief Francois Molins said the suspect, named as Mohammed Merah, 23, of Algerian descent, intended to kill a soldier and two police officers.Merah, who says he was trained by al-Qaeda, is suspected of murdering three soldiers and four Jewish people.
Police have surrounded his flat and are trying to persuade him to surrender. He is said to be heavily armed.
Earlier reports said he had been captured, but officials later rebuffed the claims.
The killings took place in and around Toulouse in three separate incidents earlier this month.
On 11 March, a soldier was shot and killed while waiting to see a man about selling his motorcycle.
Days later, two soldiers were shot and killed and a third was wounded while waiting at a cash machine.
Then earlier this week, three children and an adult were shot and killed outside a Jewish school.
The four Jewish victims were buried in an emotional funeral in Jerusalem earlier.
In a news conference, Mr Molins said Merah had planned to kill a soldier later on Wednesday and also had plans to target the police."If he's telling the truth, he would have left his house this morning and he would have once again killed any soldier that he came across," the prosecutor said.
Mr Molins said the suspect had expressed no regret for the killings, but had said he wanted to kill more people and "bring France to its knees".
President Nicolas Sarkozy has attended a memorial at a military base in nearby Montauban for the three murdered soldiers.
'Vengeance' claim
Police moved into Merah's block after two officers were shot at when they tried to get into his flat.
Officials say he is heavily armed with a Kalashnikov high-velocity rifle, a mini-Uzi 9mm machine pistol, several handguns and possibly grenades.

The five-storey block of flats has been evacuated, and police have also moved residents from nearby buildings.
Hundreds of officers are now stationed outside the block.Elsewhere in the city, police are hunting for accomplices and have detained several members of his family.
His mother was taken to the scene in the hope that she could persuade him to surrender, but she told police that she had no influence over her son.
Negotiators have been talking to Merah all day, but officials said he appeared to have no particular demands.
The suspect has said he acted to "avenge Palestinian children" and said he would give himself up.
Merah claimed to have received al-Qaeda training in Pakistan's Waziristan area, and also said he had been to Afghanistan.
His activities in Afghanistan are still unclear.
Afghan officials told the BBC he had been jailed in Kandahar for planting bombs in 2007, but escaped in a Taliban-led break-out in 2008.
Other Afghan sources cast doubt on the claims, saying the man jailed in Kandahar might have been a different person with the same name.
And Merah's lawyer, Christian Etelin, told the AP news agency his client had been in jail in France from December 2007 to September 2009 for a mugging offence.
Mr Etelin said those experiences could have "provoked hate for the justice system" and "laid the groundwork from which he threw himself into this religious fanaticism".Mr Molins said Merah had visited Afghanistan twice.
He gave no details of the first visit, but said that during his second trip last year, Merah was captured by Afghan forces and handed to the Americans, who put him on a plane back to France.
But American officials told CNN that US forces had not dealt with Merah, and that the Afghans had handed him to French forces, who had returned him to France.
